Return & Refund Policy

At Kappy Kart, we strive to deliver quality products and a smooth shopping experience.

1. Eligibility for Returns
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To process your request, you must provide:

  • An unboxing video
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

After verification, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on product availability.

2. Change of Mind / Non-Defective Returns
We do not offer cash refunds for change-of-mind returns. However, in eligible cases, we may provide an exchange or store credit.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Cases
Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The request is made after 48 hours of delivery
  • The product has been used, damaged, or altered by the customer
  • No unboxing video or proof is provided

4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit, based on the case.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side.
